We Do Repairs
We're excited to announce our new partnership with Upkept Repairs to offer professional repair services for your well-loved outdoor clothing and gear. Whether it’s a torn puffy, broken zipper, or worn-out seams, Upkept specializes in high-quality, sustainable repairs that extend the life of your gear. The heart behind this service is simple: keep good gear out of the landfill and in action where it belongs. Repairing instead of replacing reduces waste, conserves resources, and honors the stories your gear carries from past adventures. It’s easy to get started—just bring your items to our Upkept drop box located in the shop. Once dropped off, Upkept will pick up, assess, and send you a repair quote via email. After you approve the repair, they’ll get to work, and you’ll be notified when your gear is ready for pickup. It’s a small step that makes a big impact—for your wallet, your gear, and the planet.
How It Works
The easiest repair you’ll ever do.
No sewing kits. No guesswork. No gatekeeping. Just smart, simple repair—done for you.
Step 1: Snap & Submit
Upload a photo of your garment—missing buttons, broken zippers, ripped seams, or any other wear and tear. Choose the type of repair you need and submit your request through Upkept’s online form.
Step 2: Approve Your Quote
Within 48 hours, Upkept will send a detailed quote for your repair. You can approve it, ask a question, or decline—it’s entirely up to you.
Step 3: Send or Drop Off
Once approved and paid, you’ll get instructions to mail your garment using USPS or FedEx. If you're in Northwest Arkansas, you can use the drop box here at Uncle Sam’s to skip shipping altogether.
Step 4: Get It Back
Your garment is repaired by skilled professionals and returned to your doorstep, good as new—usually within 7–10 days.
That’s it. No waste. No hassle. Just more life for the clothes you love.
